1. Pls check in “working period”, our scent machine is different from the traditional machine,it works for 5-900 secs, then pause for 5-900 secs by your set. Work and pause cycles.

Weak or No Mist is Coming Out
1. The atomized core may be blocked, pls clean with alcohol,work with alcohol instead of essential oils 10-20mins,then change to another essential oil for subsequent use .
2. Pump may be broken.
Oil Leakage
1. The bottle is loose.Screw it in properly and staright.
2. The oil may be filled too full. preferably not to exceed 80% of the capacity of the bottle.
3. Seal is broken or missing,replace the seal.
Unable to download or connect APP, APP Name and Password ?
1. Pls make sure that Bluetooth function in turned on.
2. Pls make sure that the location function of the phone is turned .
3. Pls search ” aroma-link ” in Google play or App store and you will find it .
4. The default APP password is ” 1234 ”
