How long does the diffuser run?
This large 300ml diffuser works great for large room like living room. It will run for 8-10 hrs on continuous mist mode, if you wanna it lasts longer, you can set it on intermitten mist mode that will last up to 20 hrs.
The mist is not strong or even no mist?
Please add water below the MAX line, cause exceed water line will cause low mist or no mist.
How to know if it’s on continuous mist or intermitten mist?
There is a little indicator light above the MIST button, RED light means continuous mist, GREEN light means intermitten mist (mist and pause every 30 seconds).
The diffuser is leaking?
When put the lid on, please align the arrow / card slot, or the water condensation will go inside the air vent and go out from the bottom of the diffuser and cause leaking.
Why can’t smell aroma after using for couple of uses?
We suggest clean the diffuser regularly: 1. Add 100ml water and a few drops vinegar in the tank; 2. Let the diffuser work for 5 minutes, use the cotton swab to clean the middle disk inside water tank; 3. Remove the water in the tank and wipe it.
